主题：Public housing transformations in the context of socio-economic, political and demographic changes--Comparative analysis of post-communist countries: Serbia and China

摘要：This study explores and compares public housing transformations in the context of socio-economic, demographic and political changes in Serbia and China. In Serbian case, the observed time period is from the desintegration of Yugoslavia during the 1990s up to the present date. In the case of China, I focus on reforms introduced by Deng Xiaoping, but more particularly on the period after the market-oriented reform of welfare housing system in 1998. The main question is why Serbia and China today have different welfare and social housing systems despite their common communist history and similar post-communist processes such as market oriented reform and large-scale privatization of housing stock, migrations and increased demand for social housing. The aim is to identify the factors that have influenced different directions in shaping housing policies, primarily concentrating on political systems of chosen cases, the institutional level and strategies implemented by their central and local governments.

主题：我国货币政策与宏观审慎监管的协调效应研究——基于福利改善与金融稳定的DSGE模型

摘要：本文运用一个带有抵押品约束的DSGE模型分析了货币政策与宏观审慎监管对经济周期、福利改善和金融稳定的影响，基于中国经济的模拟检验得到如下结论：（1）宏观审慎监管中的LTV规则可以降低福利损失，此工具在维持金融稳定方面是有效的；（2）修正泰勒模型中加入宏观审慎监管后的政策效率比标准泰勒模型更好，说明两种政策的互动能显著地增强经济体系的稳定性。鉴于此，我国政策当局在宏观经济调控中应当有效发挥货币政策与宏观审慎监管的协调效应，共同实现经济与金融稳定。

张宏霖教授是美国伊利诺州立大学经济学终身教授(正教授)，美国英文学术期刊《The Chinese Economy》副主编，英文学术期刊《Online Journal of Social Sciences Research》主编，英文学术期刊《Journal of Chinese Economics and Foreign Trade Studies》编委，美国哈佛大学国际发展研究所研究顾问，中国留美经济学会(Chinese Economists Society)两届副会长(2000-01及2002-03)。

主要研究领域包括：跨国公司及外国直接投资(FDI)、产业集群与区域经济发展、国际贸易-国际金融理论与政策、产业经济学(产业升级与结构优化)，农村金融-城镇化投融资机制、城市招商引资与跨国公司战略、技术创新与商业模式创新、企业全球市场竞争力等。

在国际知名学术刊物及学术专著上发表论文100多篇,包括以下刊物:Journal of Development Economics、International Economics、Contemporary Economic Policy、International Journal of Business、Economic Development and Cultural Change、Journal of Development Studies、Urban Studies、Review of Development Economics、China Economic Review等。
