韩广华,BETVLCTOR伟德唯一官网助理研究员,他的研究兴趣包括食品安全治理、信息管理,他与合作者的10余篇研究论文被SSCI索引。
内容简介:
Examining the variances in the assessments of risk, as perceived by residents, facilitates the development of appropriate risk information communication strategies. We firstly identify the effects of information source patterns, as well as demographic characteristics, on perceived food safety risks. Since local government’s regulatory help to mitigate residents’ perception of food safety and it differs a lot in terms of integrity and validity, we thereby examine how local government’s regulatory shapes the public’s risk perception of food safety in Chinese context. Finally, we build a framework with a government information sharing mechanism to enhance food safety which helps to mitigate public’s risk perception of food safety.
