嘉宾简介：Dr.Greg Chen currently is a tenured professor, teaching public administration atBaruch College, School of Public Affairs in New York City, USA. He primarilyteaches Program Evaluation, Budgeting, Accounting, and Financial Analysis,Policy Analysis, Research Methods, etc. courses. Dr. Chen previously has workedfor government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations in seniorpositions in the US, Canada and China. Professor Chen has a Ph.D. in publicadministration, a M.A. in Educational Administration and a M. Eng. inMetallurgical Engineering. Professor Chen conducts research in broad areas,including finance, budgeting, organization theories, traffic and school safety,comparative healthcare policy analysis, research methodology, and programevaluation.

陈光宇博士是纽约市立大学柏鲁克分校公共事务学院的终身教授；主讲项目评估、预算、会计、财务和政策分析、研究方法等课程；陈教授曾在美国、加拿大和中国的政府项目、高等教育和非营利组织中担任高级职位；其研究领域为财务、预算、组织理论、交通运输、校园安全、比较医疗政策分析、研究方法和项目评估等。
